Palitutu Wholesale Ordering Guide

Welcome to Palitutu Wholesale!

If you are placing a wholesale order with Palitutu for the first time, please follow the step-by-step guide below.

Step 1: Visit the Palitutu Website

Visit our official website:

On the homepage, look for the Boots Wholesale / Wholesale Boots section.

Step 2: Go to the Wholesale Boots Page

Click the black Wholesale Boots button in the website navigation menu.

You can also go directly to:

https://www.palitutu.com/pages/wholesale

Step 3: Review Our Wholesale Information

On the Wholesale Boots page, you can learn about:

• Wholesale pricing
• Wholesale discounts
• Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
• Product inventory
• Shipping options
• Other wholesale purchasing information

Please review the wholesale information before applying for an account.

Step 4: Apply for a Wholesale Account

On the Wholesale page, click the black button:

Apply For Wholesale Account

This will take you to the Wholesale Registration page.

Complete the registration form with your company and contact information, then submit your application.

Important:

Applications submitted through Apply For Wholesale Account will be reviewed as wholesale account applications.

Your application must be manually reviewed and approved by a Palitutu administrator.

Wholesale pricing will only become available after your account has been approved.

Step 5: Please Do Not Register Through the 👤 Account Icon

The 👤 Account icon in the top-right corner of the website is the general customer account registration area.

If you are applying as a wholesale customer, we recommend using:

Apply For Wholesale Account

instead.

The regular Account registration does not automatically identify whether you are:

• A Retail Customer
• A Wholesale Customer

Already registered through the 👤 Account icon?

No problem — you do not need to create another account.

and let us know:

I registered an account and would like to apply for a wholesale account.

Please include your registered email address and company name.

Our administrator can manually update your account to a Wholesale Account.

Step 6: Complete the Wholesale Registration Form

Please complete the required information on the Wholesale Registration form, including:

• Name
• Company Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Business Information
• Shipping Information
• Other requested information

After completing the form, click:

Submit / Apply

Please note:

Wholesale applications are manually reviewed.

Your account must be approved before wholesale pricing becomes visible.

Step 7: Log In After Your Account Is Approved

Once your Wholesale Account has been approved:

1. Log in to your Palitutu account.
2. Go to any product page.
3. You will be able to see the Wholesale Price.
4. You can also view the current Inventory / Stock.

If you have been approved but still cannot see wholesale pricing, please contact us.

Step 8: Check Product Inventory

Product inventory on the Palitutu website is updated based on current availability.

Products that are currently available for purchase will generally display their available inventory and wholesale pricing.

You can visit each product page to check available styles, sizes, and quantities.

We recommend checking inventory before placing your order.

Step 9: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The Palitutu Wholesale minimum order quantity is:

MOQ: 4 Pairs

You may mix and match different styles and sizes.

For example:

• Style A — 2 pairs
• Style B — 1 pair
• Style C — 1 pair

Total: 4 pairs

You do not need to purchase 4 pairs of the same style or the same size.

Step 10: Wholesale Prices Do Not Include Shipping

Important: Wholesale prices do NOT include shipping.

Shipping costs are separate from the wholesale product prices.

Palitutu can normally arrange shipping through USPS, with the actual shipping cost paid by the customer.

For larger wholesale orders, USPS may not always be the most economical option. Customers may also use their own carrier account or arrange their own pickup.

Available options include:

Option 1 — Palitutu USPS Shipping

Palitutu arranges USPS shipping and the actual shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Option 2 — Your Own UPS Account

Use your own UPS shipping account.

Option 3 — Your Own FedEx Account

Use your own FedEx shipping account.

Option 4 — Your Own USPS Account

Use your own USPS shipping account.

Option 5 — Freight / Truck Shipping

For larger wholesale orders, you may arrange freight or truck transportation.

Option 6 — Customer Pickup

You may also arrange your own transportation and pick up your order directly from our warehouse in:

Dallas, Texas

If you are using your own carrier account or arranging pickup:

Please enter your shipping or pickup information in the Information / Notes field during checkout.

For example:

Using my own UPS account.
UPS Account: XXXXXXXX

Or:

Customer pickup — will arrange truck pickup from Dallas warehouse.

Step 11: Select Your Products and Place Your Order

After logging into your approved Wholesale Account:

1. Browse the product pages.
2. Check the Wholesale Price.
3. Check current inventory.
4. Select your styles.
5. Select your sizes.
6. Enter the quantities.
7. Confirm your shipping method.
8. Provide any required shipping or pickup information.
9. Complete payment.

After payment is completed, Palitutu will process your order and arrange shipment as soon as possible.
